Mein Weg zum Pferdegestützen Coach
Hello, my name is Theresa and I was born in 1988 in Heidelberg, Germany.
I first started riding when I was 10 years old. Since then, I've been hooked on horses and have ridden many different horses over the years. At 32, my long-cherished dream of owning my own horse finally came true when a two-year-old, still untrained Thoroughbred came into my life. Through him, I questioned fundamental things and changed many of my views. I discovered Natural Horsemanship, and with a lot of groundwork and liberty work, we grew together. I followed my own path and trained him completely myself over the years.
In 2022, we – my husband, our two children and of course our horse – emigrated to the beautiful island of Madeira.
In 2025, I successfully completed my training as an equine-assisted coach in Portugal's Algarve region, under the tutelage of my wonderful instructor, Anna Kerckhoff de Sacchi, who herself trained with Monty Roberts. Now I want to bring this wonderful work to Madeira and will offer sessions for anyone who wants to experience the healing power of horses and is open to this unique experience.
Incidentally, no prior horse experience is necessary for this!
